Our Story
Welcome!
We are a husband and wife team that, together, have over 35 years of experience bartending and working in the service industry. We moved to North Carolina in 2015 with a dream to open our own business and give our clients the absolute best experience possible. Our dream became reality when we started Thirsty Buffalo Beverage Catering in 2019.
The bar is an important detail with HUGE potential but, unfortunately, it is often overlooked. We are here to make sure that your bar impresses your guests and makes your event even more memorable by providing outstanding service, delicious cocktails, and impressive ambience.

The Team
Jessica Judson – Owner
Jessica is passionate about making every event exceptional. Working in the bar/restaurant scene since she was 16, she has high standards on how service should both look and feel. Her goal is to make planning easy and fun while bringing her client’s vision to life. You can come to her with a vision or ask her to help create something special for you. She loves the details!
Matt Judson – Owner
Matt is our master mixologist. He has traveled around the country, helping open over 30 restaurants. Before moving to North Carolina, he was managing and running an award winning cocktail bar in Buffalo, NY. Matt’s experience shows through his crowd pleasing cocktails and efficient and personable bartending.
Jaime Moreland - Bar & Event Manager
Jaime is a veteran bartender and event pro. With every event being unique, Jaime knows how to put all of the puzzle pieces together flawlessly. She excels in customer relations, and creates an outstanding guest experience.
